ALOR SETAR: Kedah Menteri Besar Datuk Seri Mukhriz Mahathir has vehemently denied his father, Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad is the mastermind behind the revealing of problems plaguing 1Malaysia Development Berhad (1MDB).
He has also dismissed allegations linking his father including the allegations by Wall Street Journal(WSJ) on Friday.
Recently, Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak had alleged that Dr Mahathir was the mastermind behind the WSJ report which alleged US$700 million (RM2.6 billion) had been transferred into his personal account.
Today, Global Movement of Moderates (GMM) CEO, Datuk Saifuddin Abdullah, on his Facebook account, urged the Inspector-General of Police (IGP), Tan Sri Khalid Abu Bakar to arrest Dr Mahathir over the matter.
